Terms of Service

By using the Service you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

LifeOS is a personal life-management app: tasks, calendar, habits, routines, goals, journal, notes, finance, health and the AI coach Ori. We may add, change or discontinue features over time.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required where you live).
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity in your account.
• The information you provide must be accurate.
• Administrators may require approval for new accounts or limit sign-ups.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
• Try to gain unauthorized access to data, accounts or systems.
• Overload, scrape, bypass usage limits of, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use AI features to create content that breaks the law or infringes others' rights.

You own everything you create in LifeOS. You grant us a limited right to store, process and display that content only to provide the Service to you. You can export or delete your content at any time.

Answers from Ori and other AI features are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. They are not medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. Check them before relying on them. AI features may have daily usage limits.

Some features rely on third-party services such as Google (sign-in, Drive) and AI and voice providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for outages of third-party services.

LifeOS is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, we will clearly state prices and conditions first, and you will only pay if you choose to subscribe.

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose. Back up important data regularly.

To the extent permitted by law, LifeOS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.

We may update these Terms. The effective date will change; for significant changes we will give notice in advance. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the new version.
